Jason was very helpful and professional as he helped us sell our house. We moved before our house was sold and Jason took the time to check on our basement after rains, noticed that our sump pump had quit working, communicated with us regularly and arranged for a plumber to install a new sump pump. We trusted him with our home.

As a first time home buyers, I know we came into house hunting with some pretty high expectations (maybe myself more than my partner). When the property inspection revealed that the basement wall needed repair, Jason arranged two quotes and negotiated payment for the repairs from the HOA and the seller.
